A foot-based controller. A launch window. Pre-brand, pre-strategy, pre-story. The brief didn’t exist yet, so the first job wasn’t to make something. It was figuring out what we were making and why.
Unlocking a New Dimension
of Control for Glydr
The Challenge
The Insight
The thing we kept circling was the person. Not gamers, broadly. Builders. Tinkerers. People who rearrange their desks on a Sunday — chasing an edge, speeding up a workflow, making a hobby more immersive. To them, Glydr isn’t a toy. It’s the missing piece to the idea they’ve been kicking around for a month.
What we found is that Glydr exists for builders, makers, and meticulous tinkerers.
We pitched a building block.
A missing piece. An invitation to finally solve the idea you can’t stop thinking about. A new dimension of control.
With the right story in place, we made a 30-second spot that doesn’t sit still. Kinetic camera moves through saturated worlds, set to bold music. A manifesto for the tech-obsessed, built for people who’d recognize themselves in it before the logo landed.
