Our way of working has two beats that run together.
THINK
Before we build the work, we sharpen the problem. The brief as handed is almost always a symptom — we dig for the business reality under it and the human truth it has to land on. We don’t move until the room can say the real problem in a sentence.
MAKE
Making doesn’t come after thinking. It’s about holding space for the idea to take shape. The best ideas need room to grow. We let taste decide, not groupthink. Every choice—on set, in the edit, on every call—tests if we’re still protecting what matters.

Creative
Isaac Murray, ECD
Design-driven filmmaker with an instinct for the problem under the brief. At Nice Content, Isaac leads strategy and creative direction — sharpening what the work actually has to do before a frame gets made, then staying with it from concept through delivery.
Before founding Nice Content in 2022, he spent more than a decade inside award-winning agencies, shaping campaigns for Amazon, Coca-Cola, Ford, Samsung, IBM, and Pfizer. Agency rigor, production grit, and brand-side empathy — the cross-disciplinary foundation the studio runs on.
Production
Kent Bishop, EP
Producer with a find-a-way mindset who turns complexity into calm. At Nice Content, Kent leads production planning and delivery — building the conditions where bold ideas survive contact with execution.
Before joining Nice Content in 2023, he launched and scaled two production companies and helped brands like McDonald’s, Gatorade, Kia, Patrón, and Verizon turn creative ambition into shipped work. That depth of experience—building teams, anticipating challenges, and keeping momentum through change—anchors the steadiness he brings to every project today.
